Chattogram Metropolitan Police (CMP) organized a tree plantation program. Several fruit, forest and medicinal plants were planted during this time.
This program was held in collaboration with Bangladesh Forest Research Institute at Dampara Police Lines in the city on Saturday.
CMP Commissioner Krishna Pada Roy inaugurated the program as the chief guest. Director of Forest Research Institute Dr Rafiqul Haider was present as a special guest.
CMP Additional Commissioner of Police (Administration and Finance) MA Masud, Additional Commissioner of Police (Crime and Operations) ASM Mahtab Uddin, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Headquarters) Md Abdul Warish and other senior police officers were present in the tree plantation program.
