The popular social organization Durbar Tarunya has launched an exceptional program named 'Amra Mali' with the slogan 'My Care, My Tree'.
Durbar Tarunya Central President Muhammad Abu Abid inaugurated this program by planting hundreds of trees in Moghadiya Union under Mirsarai Upazila on Thursday.
Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babor, the inventor of the corona prevention booth and former central Jubo League leader joined virtually as the chief guest.
He said there is no alternative to trees to maintain the balance of the environment. So both tree planting and its maintenance are important issues. We always welcome all exceptional ideas from Durbar Tarunya. Through such projects, online addicted youth will be busy thinking about society and country. They will keep themselves involved in the overall development of the country. 'Amra Mali' is just a show about taking care of trees.
Through this program, if everyone is aware about the care of trees, the program will be successful.
Entrepreneurs believe that it is possible to green our country and the world by planting trees and taking proper care of them.
Muhammad Abu Abid said that millions of trees are planted in Bangladesh every year. Very little survives in the environment eventually due to lack of care. The number of our members and volunteers across Bangladesh has exceeded 8 thousand.
Durbar Tarunya has decided that each of our members will plant one tree and take care of it like a gardener. The idea that we launched this program means that we alone can do the job is wrong.
