The order states that recent Covid-19 infections have been declining. Vaccination activities have already been covered a significant number of people. Ordinary people are going to different places after receiving vaccines against the virus.

As a result, the passenger pressure on the train is increasing. In order to keep the economic activities of the country afloat, there is a need to meet the demand of the passengers. So the decision was made to sell tickets for intercity trains, the order added.

However, in case of buying ticket from the counter and traveling by train, passengers have asked to follow hygiene rules and wear masks. In addition, standing tickets on intercity trains and platform tickets at stations will be completely closed.
