Training course on certified ethical hacking begins at BCC

To strengthen the cyber security of the country and financial institutions, a training course titled ‘Certified Ethical Hacking’ with the participation of 15 officials of Bangladesh Bank's ICT Cell was held at the Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) meeting room at the ICT Tower of the capital on Sunday.

The seven-day training program, organized by Bangladesh Bank, attracted officers ranging from the rank of Additional Director to Assistant Director. The BKIICT unit of the Bangladesh Computer Council provided comprehensive support for the implementation of the training program.

Ranjit Kumar, Executive Director of Bangladesh Computer Council while speaking as the chief guest said, “The training courses conducted by Bangladesh Korea Institute of Information and Communication Technology (BKIICT) are of highly standard and practical. This will make a very important contribution in their institutional life and real life.

Bangladesh Bank Director (ICT) Mohammad Abdur Razzak was present as special guest. He said that the rapidly evolving landscape of technology and the challenges posed by malicious actors seeking to exploit vulnerabilities. I am confidence that such training initiatives would empower officers to safeguard public funds effectively.

He said that the BKIICT is working to provide various higher professional degrees in the field of information and technology in the future.
