Train set on fire ahead of Victory Day

Build strong resistance against defeated forces

It is very unfortunate that when the nation was celebrating the Victory Day,  paying glowing tributes to 1971 Liberation War martyrs and recalling the glorious history, the defeated forces were setting fire to trains and vehicles.

Bangladesh was born as an independent state under the leadership of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at the cost of the supreme sacrifices of three million people and the honour of nearly half a million women 52 years back. But, the defeated forces of 1971 have not accepted their humiliating defeat yet even after 52 years of independence.

It seems that anti-liberation and communal forces led by BNP have emerged as new occupational force in the country like in the country’s War of Liberation in 1971. Pakistani occupation forces murdered unarmed innocent Bangalis.

BNP along with the Jamaat killed innocent people through arson attacks and are taking people hostage. They are out to halt the country’s democratic progress by opposing the elections.

The defeated forces are opposing the elections in Bangladesh as they want to establish communalism in this country and destroy the advancement of the politics. After the country’s independence, Bangabandhu worked to rebuild war-torn Bangladesh, but the conspirators killed him with most of his family in 1975 to stop the development of Bangladesh.

However, the efforts of the anti-liberation forces did not succeed. Our country is now moving forward today under the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Bangabandhu's worthy daughter.

Defeated forces of

1971 have not accepted their

 humiliating defeat yet

BNP-Jamaat alliance and their cohorts are still doing evil politics in the name of movement. They are plotting to ruin the country’s upcoming general election, so all the pro-liberation forces will remain alert to any kind of conspiracy.

They carried out arson attacks on the buses and trains and removed the railway tracks in the name of blockade, it is not politics. Therefore, evil design of politics of arson attacks on public transports, killing people alive and cutting off rail line must be stopped forever.

We want to pose a question to the BNP that what types of politics the party is doing. Peace-loving people have already rejected their so-called blockade, but the miscreants are continuing torching public transport and valuable properties.

Over 350 public transports were torched and seven people were killed till date. Therefore, all should raise voice against such damaging politics to stop it forever.

Their (defeated forces) are carrying out terrorist acts and hatching conspiracy to foil the 12th national elections. Besides, some foreigners here have far-reaching plans as they want to dominate (in Bangladesh).

So, all will have to build strong resistance against them ahead of the national elections at any cost.
