Rail passengers are suffering from online complexity of online servers and counters. Passengers have to wait for hours in the long line even after arriving at the station to buy tickets at the counter without getting tickets after trying online for a long time.
The train ticketing website was suddenly shut down at around 8 am on Tuesday. Passengers were in extreme distress. Passengers do not get the desired ticket even if they can enter the server from time to time.

Passengers complain that despite many attempts, they are not able to access online in any way. Tickets are also not available at the counter. Ordinary passengers are suffering due to extreme mismanagement of railways.
Passengers said that they are not getting tickets at the counter as they are not getting tickets online. We have to wait for hours. Even though there is a long line, you have to wait for 20 to 25 minutes to get each ticket.
Chittagong Railway Station Manager Ratan Kumar Chowdhury said, "We are trying our best to serve the passengers." There is nothing wrong with our efforts. But due to online server problem, there is extra crowd at the counter. Besides, there is net problem.
The problem arose after the new technology company, Shohoz.com, was given the responsibility to provide rail ticketing services to the city.
