After a two-year hiatus following the success of "Shaaticup," director Mohammad Touqir Islam is set to captivate audiences once again with his latest creation, "Sinpaat."

Collaborating with a talented local team from Rajshahi, the series promises to be an original masterpiece under the banner of Chorki.

A distinguished alumnus of the Delhi Asian School of Cinema and Media Studies, Touqir has been actively contributing to the filmmaking scene in Rajshahi, producing outstanding series with local talent. Known for his unique taste in content, Touqir hints that "Sinpaat" will shine even brighter than its predecessor, featuring distinctive stories, new faces, and an anticipated brilliance yet to be unveiled.

About the choice of the series name, Touqir Islam said, "We contemplated extensively on the series name. Although numerous names were initially considered, one day, 'Sinpaat' emerged suddenly. The term primarily stems from the perspective of our protagonist, Sohel. It is a local term from Pabna, reflecting the essence of our work."

Reflecting on the changes in his life after the production of "Shaaticup," Touqir shared, "Many new friends have entered our lives, and our work has garnered recognition. This has also opened up numerous opportunities for us."

In his latest project, "Sinpaat," Touqir Islam maintains his collaboration with local actors, highlighting both the advantages and challenges of working with emerging talents. Reflecting on this, he expressed, "The experience of collaborating with new individuals harkens back to my childhood. Working with fresh faces allows us to glean new techniques and perspectives. Notably, our entire main cast for 'Sinpaat' is composed of newcomers, requiring considerable time to shape their performances."

Drawing a distinction between "Shaaticup" and "Sinpaat," Islam asserted that each stands as a unique creation.

He remarked, "Both 'Shaaticup' and 'Sinpaat' possess their own distinctiveness. The ultimate judgment on the variance between them lies in the hands of the audience." The director's anticipation builds as viewers eagerly await the unveiling of the unique elements and storytelling nuances embedded in "Sinpaat."
