Popular actress of small screen Tanjin Tisha has appeared in many different roles, but never seen playing a doble role as a twin on screen. For the first time, she will be seen playing identical twins in her career on Ruhel Hasan directed drama titled ‘Chinky Pinky’
She will be seen simultaneously as Chinky and Pinky in the feminist story. Although the two sisters look identical, they have completely different mannerisms and fashion sense from one another.
On Monday May 30 the shooting of the drama started in Dhaka. Regarding the context Tisha said, 'I have never acted in a double role before. This is the first time I’m experiencing something different and playing the role of two sisters at the same time is a new for me.'
Producer Rubel Hasan said that the story of the play is feminine and romantic. ‘Chinky Pinky is a comedy-style drama," he said. Tisha is playing the role of two twin sisters here. The whole drama revolves around her. There is a lot of comedy and fun. I hope the audience will like it. "
It is learnt that the drama produced by CMV will be aired on Eid-ul-Adha. Apart from Tanjin Tisha, Shahidul Alam Sachchu, Monira Mithu and others are also performing here. Tamim Mridha and Zaher Alvi will also be seen as special guest appearance.
