We extend our heartiest greetings and warm felicitations to the Bangladesh National Cricket Team for winning the five-match T20 series against the touring New Zealand with remaining one match in hand. And this victory will boost the confidence of players and coaches of the national cricket team to do even better in the upcoming Twenty20 World Cup.
Apart from the New Zealand, the tigers also won the five-match T-20 home series against Australia on August 9 and clinched the T20 series against Zimbabwe by beating the hosts in the third and final cricket match in Harare on July 25.
All these victories have given Bangladesh a dominating and strong position moving the Tigers up to No.6 in the International cricket Council rankings in the shortest format of the game.

However, talks were doing rounds whether Bangladesh have had a best preparation for the World Cup of the shortest format in Dubai and Oman after playing on slow and low track as the World Cup pitch is believed to favour the batsmen to some extent, if not entirely.
Bangladesh played against Australia and New Zealand in a pitch at the Sher-e Bangla National Cricket Stadium where making 100 was extremely tough. It is encouraging to see that our youngsters showed the maturity to carry the innings in planned way. It has been noticed when the critics lash our tigers’ performance, they hit back in the next game and register both bowling and batting figure high that help Bangladesh win the game always.
Every player’s performance is important not only to make an impact in the match but also to help Bangladesh do better in all format of cricket.
Tigers have the strength and capacity to beat any team in the upcoming Twenty20 World Cup. Therefore, we hope that the winning spree of the Bangladesh cricket team would continue in future.
