RAB-14 (CPC-2) has arrested 3 drug dealers along with 24 kg hemp in Kishoreganj. They were arrested from Dariakandi bus stand area of Kuliarchar upazila on Monday morning. The arrested are Md Mamun, Md. Sattar Mia and Md Mehedi Hasan Babu of Kishoreganj district.
According to RAB, drug dealers was running drug business in Kishoreganj and surrounding districts. Such information was found to be true by the RAB through continuous intelligence surveillance. Later, 3 persons were detained along with 24 kg hemp and 3 mobile phones.
RAB-14 (CPC-2) Kishoreganj Camp Company Commander Lt. BN M Shovon Khan said the detainees confessed to being involved in buying and selling drugs. A case under the Narcotics Control Act has been filed against them at Kuliarchar Police Station.
