Newaj Ali’s son Sujon said he started working at a sweet shop around 23 years ago in East Pakulla. He learnt how to make sweet within three years. Later, he opened a sweet shop at Kanchanpur Bil Para market.
Later, he went abroad and his father started making the sweet. Newaj Ali’s sweet gained huge popularity for the extraordinary taste and good quality. This sweet is very famous in Tangail and other districts as well. Around 100 Kg of sweet is made at hi shop every day.
