The Chitalmari unit of the Swechchhasebak Dal organized a meeting of activists at Khaserhat Bazar in Charbanari Union on Sunday afternoon.
Bagerhat district Swechchhasebak Dal Member Secretary Dalim Fakir attended the meeting as the chief guest, while Chitalmari Upazila BNP President Mominul Haque Tulu Biswas was the chief speaker.
The event was presided over by Md Al Amin Sardar, Convener of Charbanari Union Swechchhasebak Dal. Among others, Chitalmari BNP General Secretary Shariful Hasan Apu, Organizing Secretary Advocate Fazlul Haque, BNP leader and Central Vice Chairman of the Hindu, Buddhist, Christian Welfare Front Advocate Asim Kumar Samaddar, Chitalmari Swechchhasebak Dal Convener Md Niamat Ali Khan, Member Secretary Kashinath Bairagi, and Upazila Sramik Dal General Secretary Md Raju Khan spoke on the occasion.
Speakers said the meeting was held under the guidance of BNP Acting Chairman and organizational guardian of the Swechchhasebak Dal, Tarique Rahman, aiming to establish the political rights of the youth.
