Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) spearheaded an enlightening workshop aimed at bolstering awareness and implementation of environmental and social protection measures. Organized within the virtual confines of Dr. MA Wazed Mia IICT building's lab room on Wednesday (March 20), the event was a collaborative effort with the ICT Division.
The inauguration witnessed the esteemed presence of Prof. Dr. Md. Kabir Hossain, SUST's Pro-Vice Chancellor, who served as the chief guest. Addressing the audience, he underscored the paramount importance of integrating environmental and social considerations into development initiatives, emphasizing their pivotal role in ensuring project success. Also gracing the occasion was Professor Dr. Mohammad Jahirul Islam, Director of IICT, who shared insights as a special guest.
