The project of Multi-disciplinary and Super-specialized Hospital under BSMMU opens new horizons in the health sector of the Government of Bangladesh. This specialized hospital is going to be a role model in health care. University Treasurer Prof Mohammad Atiqur Rahman, Chairman, Receiving Committee, officially took over the main hospital building and all other adjacent buildings from the Construction Company HDC and Consultant Company SUNJIN respectively on 16/11/2022 under the supervision of Project Director Prof. Md. Zulfiqur Rahman Khan.
University Proctor, Registrar, Dean, Hospital Director, Chief Engineer and Chairmen of related departments were present on the occasion. In continuation of that, on Tuesday the project director officially handed over the construction and construction work of the hospital to the Vice Chancellor of the University.
