Bollywood's much-anticipated film “Stree 2” officially hits Bangladeshi theatres on Saturday, following final clearance from the distribution company, The Abhi Kathachitra. Originally scheduled for release on October 24, the film faced delays due to pending approval from the Film Certification Board.
“Stree 2,” a horror comedy and the latest entry in the Maddock Supernatural Universe, first premiered in India on August 15. The film stars Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor in lead roles, with direction by Amar Kaushik.
Set in the town of Chanderi, the plot centres around a headless ghost that terrorises the community. Shraddha's character teams up with Rajkummar to tackle this supernatural menace. As the story unfolds, Rajkummar uncovers a surprising secret that Shraddha has kept hidden.
