The results of this year's Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations have been published, with the average pass rate across the country's 11 education boards standing at 62.25 percent.
Education Minister Dr ANM Ehsanul Haque Milon announced the results at a press conference held at the conference room of the Secondary and Higher Education Division under the Ministry of Education at around 10:00am on Monday (10 August).
The average pass rate was 68.45 percent across the 11 education boards last year.
This means the pass rate has fallen by 6.20 percentage points compared with the previous year.
