91,200 doses of Chinese-made Sinopharm vaccine have reached Chattogram. Dr. Sheikh Fazle Rabbi, Civil Surgeon of Chattogram received the vaccines on Friday morning.
He told reporters at the time that the vaccines were brought to Chittagong on Friday morning in a specialized vehicle. After arriving in Chattogram, the vaccines were kept in the EPI cold storage of the Civil Surgeon's Office.
He added, the vaccine will be given to Chittagong Medical College Hospital. Those who have previously registered for the vaccine but have not received it yet will be given priority in vaccination. Similarly, health care workers, police, front liners and those who have already registered for the vaccine will receive the vaccine prior to others.
