Bangladesh Test and T20I captain Shakib Al Hasan will play his next game of Caribbean Premier League (CPL) on Wednesday. The match will eventually start on Thursday 5am Bangladesh time, reports UNB.
The Bangladeshi superstar is representing Barbados Tridents in this edition of CPL at Queen's Park Oval, Port of Spain, Trinidad against Trinbago Knight Riders.
The Tridents played nine games in the event so far and won four of them to qualify for the play-offs.
In his first game of this season, super Tiger Shakib bagged one wicket conceding only 14 runs in four overs and scored 38 off 25 balls but his team lost the game by just one run against St Kitts and Nevis Patriots.
In the second game, Shakib scored 22 and took one wicket conceding 20 runs in four overs and his team beat St Lucia Zouks by 24 runs to book a place in the last four.
