Seven more persons including three women died with the symptom of Coronavirus at Comilla Medical College Hospital on Thursday( Aug-6), informed Dr. Marjana Akhter of CuMCH.
Of the deads, three died at the Isolation Ward and four at the ICU.
Dead persons were identified as Rafiqul Islam(60) son of late Idris Mia of Burchang upazila, Marufa(38) daughter of Hazrat Ali of Muradnagar upazila, Abdul Khaleque(86) son of Baset Ali of Burichang upazila, Lalu Mia (70) of Debidar upazila, Abdul Aloim(64) son of Abdur Rahman of Shakpur area, Shahina (51) daughter of Basu Mia of Debidar upazila and Ainum Nahar(60) duaghter of Kazi Shamsul Haque of Burichang upazila.
So far 308 patients died with Corona symptom at the Corona unit of CuMCH. According to Civil Surgeon Office sources in Comilla, so far 5,679 people have been infected with Coronavirus in the district, of them, 4,215 have been recovered and 149 died.
