A seminar on ‘QS Ranking and Rating of Universities’ was held at Hazi Bir Muktijoddha Hazi Mohammad Idrish Auditorium of Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU) on Tuesday. Research cell of Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU) arranged the seminar. NSTU Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Md Didar Ul Alam attended the event as the chief guest, while NSTU Register Prof Dr. Md. Abul Hossain attended as special guest.
Professor Dr Touhid Bhuiyan of Daffodil International University and Professor Dr. Mirza Hasanuzzaman of Sher e Bangla Agriculture University presented keynote papers at the seminar with director of research cell Dr Mohammad Belal Hossain in the chair. Among others, deans, directors and teachers of different faculties, institutes and departments were present in the seminar. The speakers spoke on QS Ranking and Rating of universities and discussed its impacts and importance for the development of a university.
