MP from Naogaon-5 constituency Barrister Nizam Uddin Jalil John distributed seeds and fertilizer among the small and marginal farmers as the chief guest at the Sadar Upazila Parishad Auditorium in Naogaon on Wednesday.
Department of Agricultural Extension (DAE) of Naogaon organized the programme while Upazila Nirbahi Officer Abdullah Al Mamun presided over the programme.
At that time, Vice-president of Naogaon District Awami League Nirmal Krishna Shaha, Vice-chairman Elias Tuhin Reja, Upazila Agriculture Officer Mafidul Islam along with others were also present.
Upazila Agriculture Officer Mafidul Islam said in FY2019-20 seeds and fertilizer distributed among the small and marginal farmers. These are; Mustard seeds get 1170 persons, maize seed 560 persons, winter Mugdal 560 persons, and onion seed 20 persons.
