Thakurgaon district unit Sechchhasebok League has distributed relief items among 110 destitute families in the district amid the outbreak of the coronavirus.
The organisation arranged the relief distribution programme as part of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's directive at Boncha Pukur Government School premises in Sadar upazila on Tuesday morning. Each family is provided with essential food items including rice, oil, potato, gourd, bitter gourd and soap.
District unit Secha Sebok League President Najmul Huda Shah Apello, Cultural Secretary Swapan Kumar Ghosh, Upazila Secha Sebok League President Majahidur Rahman Shuvo, General Secretary Abdul Wafu Tapu, among others, were present in the programme.
