The triennial council of Bangladesh Awami Swechasebak League Chuadanga unit was held on Thursday.
Syed Farid Hossain elected as the Chuadanga Awami Swechasebak League president and Hafizur Rahman Hafiz elected as the secretary at the council held at the Circuit House Area in the district town.
The programs included discussion meeting with workers and activists of the league and counseling session with councilors. A meeting was held with all the workers at the beginning of the triennial conference.
National and party flags were hoisted before the start of the meeting with national anthem. The meeting was presided over by Obaidur Rahman Jipu, Convener of District Sechchha Sebak League. Gaji Mejbaul Hossain Sachhu, President (in charge) of Central Sechchha Sebak League inaugurated the triennial conference. AFM Bahauddin Nasim, joint secretary of Central Awamileague was present as chief guest. Azadul Islam Azad, general secretary of Chuadanga District Awamileague, Ali Azgar Tagar, former vice president of District Awamileague, Saidul Karim Mintu, general secretary of Jhenidah District Awamileague attended as special guests.
AKM Afjalur Rahman Babu, general secretary of central sechchha Sebak League addressed as chief speaker.
