Scholarship cheques and educational materials were distributed among the students of small ethnic groups in Baraigram upazila Natore on Saturday morning under the Special Area Development Assistance Programme for the Fiscal Year
2020-21.
Professor Abdul Quddus, Member of Parliament for Natore-4 constituency distributed the scholarship cheques and educational materials among the students as the chief guest at the Upazila Parishad hall under the presidency of Upazila Nirbahi Officer Jahangir Alam.
Among others, Upazila Chairman and District Awami League Health and Population Secretary Dr. Siddiqur Rahman Patwari, Mayor of Bonpara Municipality KM Zakir Hossain, President of Baraigram Upazila Branch of Jatiya Adivasi Parishad Jadu Kumar Das and General Secretary Shiben Mahato were present at the time.
During this time, scholarships and educational materials were distributed among 388 students of small ethnic groups.
