Journalists of several media organizations have been continuously distributing ready food among low income people in several area in Savar since March 30 in every noon. The journalists are distributing food among low income people, those, whose livelihood from hand to mouth and those peopl who leave home with the hope for earning a little despite restrictions.
Md. Rowshan Ali, Organizating Secretary of Savar Press Club told The Bangladesh Post "It's not any organizational activities. It's totally personal initiative of local journalists, considering low income people's hardship, who are leaving home despite strict restrictions amid Coronavirus spread with the hope to earn a little. We started this activities from March 30 and it will be continued until the country overcome this situation."
