During the corona pandemic, Pabna District Jubo League unit in collaboration with Square Group, distributed a tree sapling and 5 days' worth of food items to the unemployed helpless families on Sunday.
The food items and various species of trees were distributed among the corona affected jobless 1,100 families at the Khatib Abdul Zahid school ground of Bharala Union in Pabna Sadar.
Under the supervision of Pabna District Jubo League convener Ali Mortuza Biswas Soni and Joint convener Shibli Sadiq, district and union Juba League workers provided assistance in this relief distribution program.
President of Pabna Press Club ABM Fazlur Rahman, District AL unit leader Haji Sharif, Bharala UP Chairman Abu Saeed Khan and others were present at the time.
In collaboration with Square Group, Pabna District Juba League has so far distributed food items to about 16,000 unemployed families in 9 unions of Sadar Upazila including Pabna Municipal area.
