Sajjad Arefin Alam, Managing Director of SA Group of Industries, became the champion on behalf of Chattogram Club in the Open Member Group of the National Squash Championship-2022. He won the final in 3/2 sets.
The final game of the five-day competition was held at Gulshan Club on Thursday. In this competition of six groups, 120 players from 14 clubs and organizations selected from different districts including Dhaka, Chattogram, Comilla, Khulna, Barisal, Chapainawabganj, Rajshahi and Gopalganj participated in the final round. Federation Vice-President Major Tanim Hasan (retd) presided over the event.
The event concluded with awarding of prize money, trophies and sports equipment to the winning players.
