The football fans are eagerly waiting for an entertaining football match when Saif Sporting Club faces Chattogram Abahani Limited in the first semifinal of the Federation Cup Football scheduled to be held today at Bangabandhu National Stadium.

Although Saif Sporting Club reached the semi-finals for the first time, Abahani has their previous experience to play in the Federation Cup final.
Saif, who were eliminated from the quarterfinals in the last two editions, following a first-round exit in their debut appearance in 2017 Federation Cup.
On the other hand, if Chattogram Abahani is able to win the first semi-final against Saif Sporting Club, then they will take another step towards the final while if Saif Sporting Club is able to win, they will have a new history in the tournament playing semi final for the first time. Of the two teams, the winners will go to the final and there will be a possibility of getting a new champion in the Federation Cup.
