Leaders and workers of Satkhira district Juba League, Chhatra League, Krishak League, Sramik League and Swechchhasebak League have taken part in the paddy harvesting programme of the helpless farmers on Wednesday.
To assist the poor farmers in this pandemic Coronavirus situation under the direction of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, they took a part in this process. Leaders and workers led by district Juba League convener Abdul Mannan took part in the paddy harvesting program at Bakchara Bill in Satkhira.
Abdul Mannan, convener of the district Jubo League, said that the leaders and workers of each of the ward committees of Satkhira's 78 unions stood beside the farmers who were helpless due to the corona virus. Leaders and workers of Juba League, Chhatra League, Krishak League, Sramik League and Swechchhasebak League have been asked to cut the paddy, tie the knots and take it to the yard and thresh it. The program is being carried out in Satkhira under the direction of the Prime Minister to help the poor farmers during this Corona Virus period.
Meanwhile, Satkhira municipality unit Juba League leader Monowar Hossain Anu said that every unit of the district Juba League has been instructed to cooperate in the work of farmers.
Toshike Kaifu Juba League leader Asashuni Upazila said that the leaders and workers of Asashuni Upazila Chhatra League are spending their busy time in harvesting paddy of the farmers. Leaders and workers of Juba League, Chhatra League, Krishak League, Sramik League and Swechchhasebak League are in the field under the direction of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and under the direct direction of Prof Dr AFM Ruhul Haque MP.
