A railway employee named Rabiul Islam Ravi (42) was killed in a Rail accident at Akhaura Rail Station in Brahmanbaria .
The accident took place in front of Railway Colony on Saturday night.
Deceased Rabiul was working as a security guard of Senior Deputy Assistant Engineer (Work) of Railways. His house is in Lohagra Upazila of Narail Upazila.
Akhaura Railway Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md Jasim Uddim Khandkar said, the engine train (locomotive) was coming from Ashuganj as the one engine was cut and killed Rabiul on the spot while crossing the railway line in the railway colony area. Later, the railway police recovered his body.
