At the same time, there is an opportunity to extend the official warranty of the device under this service. realme has brought this exclusive service to take the realme smartphone user experience to the next level.
Under this service, realme offers two types of Safeguard services to the realme smartphone users - Screen Protection Safeguard service and Extended Warranty Safeguard service. In this case, Screen Protection Safeguard service can be purchased only within seven calendar days of the device's original purchase. After availing the service, the buyer will get the opportunity to change the phone's damaged screen at most once.
On the other hand, to avail of the Extended Warranty Safeguard service, the service must be purchased within six months of buying the smartphone. In this case, even after realme's regular official warranty of one year, buyers will get the opportunity to enjoy additional warranty service. This service will be available for 6 months to1 year.
Buyers can avail six-month Extended Warranty Safeguard service for just Tk 290. Besides, the user will get one year extended warranty at Tk 490. And in case of Screen Protection Safeguard service, the cost will depend on the price range of the realme smartphone. For instance, if the device's price is less than Tk 10 thousand, the buyers will get 6 months of Screen Protection Safeguard service for only Tk 190.
After that, for every Tk 5000 more, depending on the phone's price, the service's cost will increase by BDT 50 only. At the same time, if the device's price is less than Tk 10K, the buyers will get one year of screen protection service for only Tk 290. After that, for every Tk 5000 more, depending on the phone's price, the service cost will increase by Tk 100 only.
