Speakers at a training workshop in Chattogram discussed problems and solutions of East Zone track of Bangladesh Railway. They also discussed development of the East Zone track. Engineering Department of Railway’s East Zone arranged the training workshop on railway track maintenance on Friday. A number of employees of the railway took part in the training workshop. Md Mofazzal Hossain, Secretary of Ministry of Railways, was present at the event as the chief guest. East Zone’s general manager Nasiruddin Ahmed chaired the meeting.
Additional Director General of Railway (Infrastructure) Khondaker Shahidul Islam, Additional General Manager East Zone of Railway Sardar Sahadat Ali, F&O (East) Kamrun Nahar, Dohazari-Cox's Bazar Rail Project Director Md. Mofizur Rahman, Chief Engineer Mizanur Rahman and Divisional Manager Md. Borhan Uddin were also present at the workshop. Md Mofazzal Hossain asked the employees of Railway’s East Zone to work sincerely to detect the problems of railway track and their solutions.
