The Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) is operating in Chattogram this time in strict compliance with government restrictions to prevent the transmission of corona virus.  RAB will make arrests in different places of Chattogram metropolis only if they go out unnecessarily through check post activities and robust patrolling.

RAB-7 officially started this activity from Monday morning  which will run throughout the city.

Through this activity, the RAB team will go to the alley in the neighborhood to observe the strict restrictions.  Take legal action against violators of government orders.  The matter was confirmed by RAB-7 ASP (Media) Nurul Absar.

RAB says everyone is being discouraged from leaving the checkpoints unnecessarily.  Appropriate questions have to be answered when going out of the house in case of emergency during government restrictions.  Instructions are being given to wear masks and follow hygiene rules when going out of the house in case of emergency.

In the midst of severe lockdown, there are crowds in the neighborhoods, tea shops, alleys.  RAB will not allow that to happen in any way this time.  That is why every battalion will conduct round-the-clock check post, patrolling activities.
