Premier University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Anupam Sen said that students who passed out from Premier University are working successfully in various fields in the country and abroad. I believe, those who are taking their degree in the third convocation of this university, their post-life will also be filled with success.
He said these things at the third convocation ceremony of the Premier University organized at the Navy Convention Center at Tigerpass in the city on Sunday morning.
PU Vice-Chancellor said that this university has gained a special reputation in the country and abroad by conducting quality education programs and multifaceted co-educational programs. Premier University is working tirelessly to enhance the academic skills of the students as well as create creativity.
He said that the country which is progressing more in the field of education, that country is coming forward in the role of leadership in the world. Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was a very visionary world leader. After assuming the power of the independent Bangladesh state, he also felt that if Bangladesh is to move forward, it must move forward in a knowledge-rich manner. So he gave utmost importance to education.
Dr. Anupam Sen said, former mayor and humanitarian political leader ABM Mohiuddin Chowdhury established Premier University with the aim of making Bangladesh knowledge-rich. Therefore premier universities aim not only to acquire knowledge, but to create knowledge, to inspire students with these goals and ideals. Premier universities value a degree but more than that, their students are able to use the knowledge they have acquired from this university in life.
