Police cordoned off a house at Atghar village under Jagannathpur upazila in Sunamganj district on Sunday suspecting that explosive materials were stored in the house by
‘militants’.
On the information, the bomb disposal unit of police also rushed to the house at the village.
According to the information, when a police team reached the house, its owner Sadiqur Rahman Afzal, however, fled the scene.
Later, police carried out a drive, suspecting Afzol stored explosives materials in his house, a police official told media.
