Jhenaidah police accorded reception to heroic freedom fighters and other family members of the heroic sons marking the Victory Day. The reception was given in a simple ceremony by superintendent of police (SP) in Jhenaidah Azim Ul Ahsan at the conference room of the Jhenaidah police lines on Monday.
Additional superintendent of police (admin and finance) Imran Zakaria, additional superintendent of police (crime and operation) Mahidur Rahman, additional superintendent of police (sadar circle) Mir Abidur Rahman, Additional superintendent of police in Kotchandpur circle Munna Biswas, senior assistant superintendent of police (ASP) Amit Kumar Barman, Reserve officer (RI), officers-in-charge of all six police stations, were present, among others. A total of 57 family members including 39 of the heroic freedom fighters, were accorded reception.
