Plaintiffs under pressure for withdrawal of cases

Four plaintiffs of murder cases are under pressure of the accused gang to with draw the cases.

An anti-drug peddling committee maker named Roki was murder by the drug peddler Raju gang in broad day light on March 21,2013 just after formed the committee at west deobhog area under Fatulla police station in Narayanganj.

Roki’s mother Rokeya Begum filed a murder case (no-62) accusing eighteen drug peddlers along with Raju and Saju as the principal accused.

Now Rokeya is living as a fugitive in fear of being accused and she could not present in the court on the due date.

Drug don Raju’s associates killed a young man at west deobhog named Raipon on July 10,2014 due to betrayed Raju to sell his narcotics. Deceased’s father Abdur Rob filed a murder case bearing number-62 with Fatulla police accusing six who all are fellow of Raju and thus now he pressures to Rob Mia to withdraw the case.

Mahabub, a worker of river way was killed at Modonganj area in the month of February 2020 under Bandar police station in the district.

The widow filed a murder case bearing number -8 with Bandar police accusing nine men. A so called labor leader Sobuj Sikdar who is accused of the case already pressured the plaintiff and took a written letter from her to mention negotiation.

A young man Imon was hacked to death by some drug vendor and mastermind on April 2021 at west deobhog under Fatulla police station.

Elder brother Sobuj filed a murder case with Fatulla bearing number 53 accusing eighteen accused.

All the petitioner of the four murder cases said that the accused are powerful and daring so they pressurized them to withdraw the cases.
