The Islamic University Photographic Society (IUPS) organized an International Photo Exhibition & Workshop on Photography-2023 at the Teachers-Students Cultural Centre corridor on Monday around 10:00am on campus. The exhibition and workshop starts today and will be held to the March 01.
IU Pro-vice Chancellor Professor M Mahbubur Rahman and Treasurer Professor M Alamgir Hossain Bhuiya inaugurated the program. Professor Shahzahan Mondol, advisor of the organization, and Assistant proctor Shoriful Islam Jowel were present at that time.
Asok Samaddar, General Secretary, South Kolkata Photogenic, West Bengal, India, Dr Manas Chakraborty, Chairman, South Kolkata Photogenic EFIAP, EFIP, Subrata Bysak, Chairman, Chhayapath Kolkata and Country Liaison Officer of India for Photographic Society of America, Koshal Basu, EPSA, EFIAP/b and Suvojit Biswas, General Secretary, Chhayapath, Kolkata would be present as an International guest, judges and trainers in the exhibition.
Sabina Yesmin, Photojournalist of Prothomalo, Rakibul Alam Khan, Photojournalist and Documentary Photographer, and Shams-E-Tanvir Media Coordinator, BD TIMES NEWS would be present as national guests, judges, and trainers in the program.
In the workshop, theoretical and practical sessions will be provided and every participant will be awarded valuable certificates.
