One killed in air-pump cylinder explosion in Tentulia

One person died and two others injured in the explosion of a cylinder of air-pump at an auto-repairing workshop in front of  Padma Petrol pump at Dangapara of Bhjanpur area of Tentulia upazila on Saturday morning. 

The deceased was identified as Mamun(28) son of Touhidul Islam of Jaburiduar village under Panchgarh sadar upazila while the injured are Rabiul Islam(30) son of Sirajuddin of Dangapara village under Tentulia upazila  and Nazmun(16) son of Mokles under Nimnagar area of Panchagarh Sadar area. 

According to sources, Nazmun was loading the air-pump machine to pump the tires of a truck at Dangapara auto-workshop when the cylinder of the air-pump exploded injuring Nazmun, Mamun and Rabiul seriously. Local people rescued them from the spot and sent them to Panchagarh Adhunik Sadar Hospital when the attending doctor Mahbubul Alam Bhuiya declared Mamun dead. Injured Nazmun was sent to Rangpur Medical College Hospital as his condition deteriorated. 

Abu Sayem Mia, Officer-in-charge of Tentulia Model Police station informed. Three persons were injured while the air cylinder of a pump machine exploded during pumping the tire of a truck at Dangapara area. One of them died on the way to the hospital while two other injured persons are under treatment at RMCH and at Panchagarh Hospital.
