The founding anniversary of Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU) has been celebrated in a short programme due to the outbreak of corona virus.
There were no arrangements of decorations and lighting of academic buildings, administrative buildings, halls and no festive environment for celebration of founding anniversary because of corona virus.
On 15 July, NSTU VC Professor Dr Didar Ul Alam inaugurated the program by releasing balloons in front of the administrative building of the university.
After this, a rally was held under the leadership of VC Professor Dr Didar ul Alam. The rally started from the front of the administrative building and ended with a floral offering at the portrait of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
During this time, among others, NSTU treasurer Prof Dr Mohammed Faruque Uddin, NSTU Registar Prof Dr Md Abul Hossain,NSTU Proctor Prof Dr Newaz Mohammed Bahadur,members of teachers association, officers association and others were present .
