The 8thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) of NRB Bank Limited was held on Thursday at bank’s corporate head office, Gulshan in the capital. The Bank has declared 8.5% stock dividend (Bonus Share) for the year 2020.
Mohammed Mahtabur Rahman, Chairman of the Bank presided over the meeting while among others Vice Chairman Tateyama Kabir & Mohammed Jamil Iqbal, Chairman of Executive Committee Khandakar R. Amin, Chairman of Audit Committee Imtiaz Ahmed, Chairman of Risk Management committee Ali Ahmedandother members of the Board of Directors & Shareholders, Advisor Md. Mukhter Hossain and Managing Director & CEO Mamoon Mahmood Shah also attended the meeting.
Due to Covid-19, some directors & shareholders were present physically through following proper hygienic rules while others attended virtually.
