Nipun has been away from the big screen for nearly three years. She last acted in Dhushor Kuasha which was released in 2017. This time she is once again back after this long hiatus to work in ‘Birotto’.
This is playwright Saidul Islam Rana’s first film and Nipun completed the signing of the contract on Serptember 7 evening.
Regarding working in this film Nipun said, “I was busy with business and various other things and thus was unable to work in any film these days. But now, I have the time and I heard the story of the film from the director six months ago.
It is an amazing story. Primarily a women centric film, it will show the story of women trafficking. I along with a number of other female artistes will be working in this. Hopefully, everyone will come to like after it finishes.”
The movie will be made under the banner of ‘Ping Pong Entertainment’ with the overall collaboration of Iqbal Mahmud Bappi.
Nipun added, “The character that I will play is very good. I think the whole team is also quite well. Although I am not a regular actor like before, but when I get a chance to work on a good story, I try to do it by giving my utmost.
But it is true that if I could not run my business properly, I would not be able to stand by the side of so many people with a helping hand.”
The director himself has written the story, dialogue and screenplay of the film. He himself has composed songs for movies.
