A total of 40 artworks of the artist will be showcased at the exhibition.

Within the confines of each grand canvas, Nipa skillfully transcends conventional boundaries, delicately encapsulating the very essence of everyday experiences.

Maksuda Iqbal Nipa is a noted painter of the country. She earned her BFA in Drawing and Painting from the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Dhaka, and completed a Post-Graduate Research Course in Oil Painting and her MEd in Fine Arts from the Aichi University of Education, Japan.
Nipa is best known for her colourful abstractions exploring the depth and range of various tonalities, which she often composes on very large canvases.
Her works have been exhibited in group and solo exhibitions in Bangladesh and abroad. Nipa is also a recipient of numerous awards which include the Honourable Mention, 16th Young Artists Exhibition by Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, ‘Top Influential Gallery Award’at 15th Beijing International Art Expo in China, International Friendship Award, Amano Hashi Date Art and Craft Fair at Kyoto in Japan and the Award for Oil Painting, Annual Art Exhibition, Faculty of Fine Art, University of Dhaka.
