A meeting was held between the newly elected executive committee of the Bangladesh Nationalist Railway Workers and Employees’ Association, Dinajpur branch, and Dinajpur-3 constituency MP Syed Jahangir Alam on Sunday. The meeting was held at the MP’s residence in Balubari area of Dinajpur town at 10am on August 30. Members of the newly elected committee greeted the MP with flowers. During the meeting, they discussed the organisation’s activities and various issues concerning railway workers and employees. Among those present were the organisation’s president Md Arif Hossain, general secretary Md Emran Hossain, executive presidents Md Sohel Rana and Mia Jahan Manik, senior vice-president Md Milon Hossain, joint secretaries Mithu Rana and Sajib Kumar Das, and assistant organising secretaries Md Wahiduzzaman and K M Murad. #EK
