The State Minister said this while responding to a question at a press conference while visiting Ashuganj fertilizer factory in Brahmanbaria on Thursday.

The minister also said at the time in order to overcome the fragile condition of the Ashuganj Fertilizer factory at present, the old machineries would be restored and put to work.  At the time, he further urged the authorities concerned to produce more fertilizers so that they do not need to import fertilizers to fulfil the demand of fertilizers.

The State Minister during the visit warned the staffs of the factory to work responsibly to deliver fertilizers to  farmers in time.  Among others BCIC Chairman Hiul Quaium, Managing Director of Ashuganj Fertilizer Factory Habibur Rahman and UNO Nazmul Haider were present at the time.
