As per the updated curriculum and general system, there will not be any divisions (Science, Humanities) in Madrasa's class IX by 2024. A notification of the matter has been issued through an office order. In this context, a notification was released by the Directorate of Madrasa Education last Monday.
The notification states that no category in the class IX submitted from the academic year 2024 at the secondary "Dakhil" level exists in accordance with the National Education Outline-2021. This academic year, the student division that had existed for so long after the ninth grade was introduced, has vanished.
The four subjects that Dakhil level madrasa students studied in the previous educational system were General, Science, Mujabbid, and the Hifzul Qur'an. As of the current academic year, it has been made in one direction. It is known as one-way education by educators.
The division of departments (Science, Humanities, and Business Studies) was previously eliminated from this year's general education curriculum in accordance with the new curriculum.
On October 30, the Ministry notified the Director General of Secondary and Higher Education about this approval, formalizing it. And on Monday, the office issued the directive concerning the madrasa.
