New committee of Jatiya Party (JP) Jhenaidah district unit was formed in its biennial meeting concluded on Saturday. The five-member new committee was formed with Rashed Majmader president, Mahfuzur Rahman vice president, Endadul Haque Bachchu general secretary, Feroj Kabir joint secretary and Asif Uddin Lavlu organizing secretary.
JP sources said party’s central presidium member also additional secretary general Shahidur Rahman Tepa declared the new committee. The new committee was advised to form a full-phased committee by next 30 days. Different political organizations had greeted the new committee of the JP for a better political exercise for the interest of the mass people.
