Md Nazmul Alam, a joint secretary and divisional head of the Financial Reporting Council, has been appointed Director General of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).
The Ministry of Public Administration disclosed the appointment in a notification issued by its Deputation-1 branch on Sunday. Deputy Director Mohammad Nur-e-Alam signed the notification on behalf of the President.
According to the notification, Nazmul Alam, a joint secretary-rank officer, has been transferred and posted to the ACC as its Director General on deputation.
The order, issued in the public interest, will take immediate effect.
