National Voters’ Day programme was inaugurated in Jhenaidah releasing balloons in the sky on Tuesday morning. The programme was organised by district election office in Jhenaidah.
Deputy Commissioner Saroj Kumar Nath inaugurated the programme in front of the office as chief guest. The day was started with a slogan ‘If you are 18, don’t be late to be a voter’.
Later a discussion meeting was held in the conference room of the district election office with senior district election officer Mohammad Rokanuzzaman in the chair.
