National Fish Week 2022 is celebrated in Kalihati with the theme "Bangabandhu's Bangladesh is a country full of safe fish".
On this occasion, a rally was taken out from the upazila premises on Sunday morning and a discussion meeting was organized in the upazila hall after touring various roads.
Upazila executive officer. Presided over by Nazmul Hossain, MP of Kalihati Constituency Alhaj Hasan Imam Khan Sohail Hazari was the chief guest, Chairman of Upazila Parishad Anshar Ali B Com, Upazila Assistant Commissioner Bhumi Kamrul Hasan were special guests.

Chabur, General Secretary of Charan Fisheries Association Sukumar Chandra Das, local extension representative A. Rakib, Banita Rani Das etc. During this time, fish products were distributed among the fish farmers and fish were released in the upazila pond.
